To start, let's just clear up a few things and set the records straight.
There were RUMORS that Rachael Ray had throat cancer and she was having surgery on her throat because of it.
These were ONLY rumors. Instead Rachael had a benign cyst on her throat and was to have surgery Dec. 16. You may have noticed her already-raspy voice getting even raspier!
It was announced only the day BEFORE her scheduled surgery that Ray-Ray would NOT be undergoing the knife.
This is not to say surgery won't be put back on the table in the future. For now, the vocal therapy she was undergoing as prep for the surgery has caused her doctor to believe the surgery may no longer be necessary.
I guess we'll all just have to stay tuned to the oh-so-exciting life of Rachael Ray! Great.
In other Rachael Ray news, there is now proof that FN Crazy is not completely full of snark, sarcasm and cruel jokes! Sometimes we speak truth! Rachael Ray has a line of dog food, Nutrish, that hit the stores late this past summer. We questioned some health hazards it may propose for man's best friend, with it's massive amounts of salt and corn meal. A recent recipe she gave Modern Dog Magazine included ONIONS, which can be toxic to dogs! While there is an editor's note warning to check with your vet to know what foods are appropriate for your dog, I still am leery. Who has time to check with their vet every time you feed Fido??
